about our Founder

Jennifer Morales, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Jennifer is a Human Resource professional with more than 20 years’ experience in small to mid-size businesses.  She is nationally certified in all areas of HR; performance management, staff development, executive coaching, training, compensation planning, recruiting, corporate compliance, and benefits management.   A firm believer that effective Human Resource Business Partners are strategic business partners and must work with the Company’s leadership team to develop talent management strategies, aligned with the Company’s business objectives to ensure success for the Company and employees alike.   A genuinely successful human resource business partner acts as an employee champion and change agent.

Before founding Capstone Certified HR Advisors, LLC, in addition to serving as Director of Human Resources, she also held the position of General Manager which allowed her the opportunity to be responsible for non-traditional HR responsibilities to include, trademark protection, corporate finance, contract negotiations, corporate insurance, payroll and commercial leasing.

Jennifer has held key positions in teams that closed several divestitures and acquisitions to include both asset purchase agreements and stock sales.  She has direct experience with divestiture and acquisition of single divisions as well as the acquisition and sale of entire companies.  

Jennifer holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the SHRM-SCP which are both nationally recognized designations for the Human Resources industry.  It is a requirement that all Capstone Certified HR Advisors, LLC professionals must have one or more national certifications.  

Jennifer is a proud mother and grandmother. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, attending live music events and is often found at Gillette Stadium during the fall.   She has held several board level positions in youth sports over the years and now focuses on volunteer activities designed to assist economically disadvantaged individuals find meaningful work opportunities.
