I believe in a collaborative approach to achieving organizational goals, leveraging my expertise in coaching, employee development, and team building. I excel at fostering a strong culture aligned with shared values, connecting individual strengths to business objectives, and empowering employee career growth.

With proven competency in various HR functions through national certifications, I bring extensive experience from my previous roles as Director of Human Resources and Director of Operations. In these roles, I went beyond traditional HR responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in areas like trademark protection, corporate finance, contract negotiations, and served as a key member of the executive team. I actively participated in several divestitures and acquisitions, collaborating closely with executive teams to ensure successful outcomes.

My expertise in performance management, staff development, employee relations, and more equips me to navigate complex HR challenges and build thriving teams. I hold national certifications in core HR functions and employment law, having earned both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and the Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). 

The “H” Stands for Human

Creating a culture of balance doesn't mean forcing a rigid 50/50 split. It's about acknowledging that we wear many hats - employees, family, friends, individuals with passions and dreams. My mission is to help organizations empower their people to thrive in all aspects of their lives.

As a daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and enthusiastic community member, I understand the intricacies of juggling various roles. I experience failure, doubt, and fight to get back on course. I know that others will too. Life will always be a beautiful mess, and perfect balance might not always be achievable. However, I firmly believe in the power of intentionality and support.

Fueling my own energy comes from spending time with loved ones, immersing myself in live music at every opportunity, traveling our big, beautiful world, honing my pool skills and hopefully raising my handicap, and cheering on the Patriots under the Foxboro lights. These experiences remind me of the importance of embracing both success in my career and fulfillment in my personal life.
